We want you and your cat to love your Casakitten purchase. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Return Conditions to be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Due to hygiene reasons, used cat beds and cat furniture cannot be returned
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
European Union cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
